SECRETS TO SUCCESS:
- care difficulty: moderate
- like to be kept in a bright location with possibility of either morning or evening sun; avoid deep shade at all costs due to the risk of over-watering and loss of variegation
- keep soil relatively moist, allowing the soil's top third to dry out in between waterings; water less in the height of autumn and winter to reinforce dormancy
- fertilize using a houseplant feed every four waters in the spring and summer, every six in the colder autumn and winter months
- keep humidity to provide a moist and stable environment for your plant. If the surrounding saturation is too low or the heat too high, its leaf-tips may start to brown over and curl, especially in direct sunlight. gently hose the foliage down from time to time to hydrate the leaves and keep the dust levels down.

We do our best to protect the plant during the shipping process, but usually plants will get shaken up on their way to you. We don't have control over this and we cannot offer refunds for this reason. Our plants are all pretty resilient and will perk up in a few days with some TLC.
