A: Our brick and mortar store is open every day with the following hours:

Monday-Wednesday 11:00am-6:00pm

Thursday 10:00am-8:00pm,

Friday-Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm.

A: Yes, at checkout you have the option to select store pickup. Please attach your phone number to your order so we can contact you when it's ready. You can then come pick it up during store hours, either by walking into the store or by calling us at +18055412900 for curbside pickup.

Q: Do you ship plants?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide and plants are only shipped out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure their best chance of survival during the shipping process.

Q: Are the pots or planters included with the plants?

A: All plants ship with the plastic pot they are pictured with. The decorative pot and planters are sold separately, and they are all available on the website.

Q: Are there any returns or refunds on plants?

A: All plants are final sale. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

A: If you live in a colder climate or are ordering a plant during the winter months, please add a Uniheat pack to guarantee your plant doesn't arrive frozen.
