Not happy with your order? ONLINE/WEB ORDERS are eligible for a FULL REFUND within 20 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:
-Must be sent back to us within 20 days of your order date.
-Must not be worn, damaged or washed (in ready to sell condition)
-Must have all tags, accessories and/or trimming attached.
-Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box in original condition, without postal labels


-Intimates, Swim, & Sale items may not be returned.



Replacement Returns/Exchanges:

As long as we still have stock of the item you wish to exchange, you will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when we have received the items for exchange and send the replacement back out.

***Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.


If any exchanges do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: shopblackwater@gmail.com

Exchanges will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. You may be charged for additional shipping charges.

 

Damaged/Faulty Items:


All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. 
We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault. 


Blackwater reserves the right to amend the return policy as required.

 

*Shipping and handling charges are not refundable with the exception of a damaged or faulty item.

 Returned items that do not meet these requirements will automatically returned to the customer, and you will be concerted via email. Blackwater staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. 



How to send a return back?


-Make sure that your return meets all of our eligibility requirements
-Be Earth conscious and repackage your items in the same packing you have received your item.
