To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
-Must be sent back to us within 20 days of your order date.
-Must not be worn, damaged or washed (in ready to sell condition)
-Must have all tags, accessories and/or trimming attached.
-Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box in original condition, without postal labels

-Intimates, Swim, & Sale items may not be returned.

Your order number is located on your receipt, which has been sent to the email associated with the order. It may also be referred to as the invoice number.
