They represent a real delicacy; these olives are carefully selected, stuffed with almond, and packed in a mild brine, so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor. Artisans carefully stuff a whole Largueta almond into each olive, creating a well-balanced crunchy texture and nutty flavor.
